Returns & Exchanges

Would you like to return or exchange your order?

Follow these steps

1. Register your return

Enter the order number (e.g. #2025-123456McG) and the email address you used to place your order in our new digital returns portal. Select the product you want to return and choose the reason for your return. Effortlessly arrange any exchanges, shipping costs with the carrier, and easily receive your return label by email.

2. Pack your return

Place the items you wish to return, together with the enclosed return form (or packing slip), back in the box. Items will only be accepted if they have not been worn, are in their original packaging, and have their original labels attached. Make sure the box is securely sealed. 

3. Drop off your return

Drop off your package at a post office within three business days after registering it, or use the pickup service to have your package collected. You can choose the return method yourself.

4. Exchange or refund

Upon receipt of your return, we aim to process it within 14 days. Keep the return receipt carefully until the processing is complete and you have received your refund. Once the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded and you will receive an email about this.

Please note

• Exceptions to returns: underwear (such as boxers, briefs, and boxer briefs) can only be returned or exchanged if the packaging is unopened, the product has not been worn, and all original labels and packaging are intact. This is due to hygiene regulations.
• Return costs are at the customer's expense. Exchanges are always free. If you want to return an item that you received through an exchange, you must pay the return costs. 
• Don't forget to put the packing slip in the box with your return, so we can process your return smoothly! 
• On the order confirmation you received in your package, the order number is marked as "Reference".
