The Shipping Policy provides you with all the information on how we, McGregor, with headquarters in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands (' McGregor ' or ' we ') ship the products you purchased on www.mcgregornewyork.com (' Website ').

Lead time for shipments

All orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped and/or delivered on certain public holidays.

PLEASE NOTE : Our normal delivery times may be affected by external factors such as seasonality, holidays or unforeseen logistical challenges. We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we ask for your understanding should there be any delays. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and are available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your patience and trust in our service.

Shipping costs and delivery times

McGregor offers free standard shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for orders with a minimum purchase amount of 100 EUR. For orders with a purchase amount of less than 100 EUR and/or orders that require shipping, free standard shipping does not apply.

Tax-free orders from outside the European Union

If you place an order from a non-EU country, import duties and taxes will be charged. Import duties and taxes, which may vary per non-EU country, are charged by the courier service.

We ship to almost every country in the world, with some specific exceptions where special circumstances apply. If the country of your shipment is not listed, please contact us and we will personally inform you of the shipping costs to that address.

McGregor will make reasonable efforts to deliver the order to the delivery address within the expected delivery times. In the event of high order volumes or other unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days of transit for delivery. If there is an anticipated delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

If a shipment is delayed or cannot be carried out or can only be carried out in part, we will inform you of this as soon as reasonably possible after the order has been placed. In that case, you can cancel the agreement free of charge.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will try to deliver the product to your neighbours or offer it again the next day. If this is not possible, the package can be collected at a collection point. You will receive a notification of this in your letterbox.

Shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO address

We can only fulfill an order to a delivery address that is a home or work address in one of the countries that can be selected when choosing your delivery address. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military or navy post office addresses (APO or FPO addresses).

Shipping confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number.

Customs duties and import charges

McGregor is not responsible for any customs duties and/or import taxes on your shipment. Any fees imposed during or after the transportation of your order are your responsibility (such as duties, taxes, etc.).

Damage, incomplete shipments, losses or incorrectly delivered products

We kindly request that you inform our customer service as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours from the moment you received the order) by e-mail or telephone if:

  • receive your order in a damaged or incomplete condition;
  • receive products that you did not order; or
  • you have not received your order.

In these cases we will decide how to resolve the situation. You must always inform us of the above situation(s) and await our instructions.

We will bear the cost of any replacement delivery and will then arrange for the correct products to be sent to you, provided you have fully complied with our returns instructions.

If you return one or more products at your own expense, without first contacting us and waiting for our instructions, you cannot reclaim from McGregor the shipping costs you incurred (and you cannot hold McGregor liable for the return that took place without our prior instructions).

To ensure your satisfaction, we will provide a suitable solution as soon as possible. If the order is lost in transit or if you claim that you have not received the order (even if receipt is shown by the tracking information), we will initiate an investigation procedure with the relevant carrier. We will usually wait for the results of the investigation procedure and will send you a new product or refund the purchase price if it is confirmed that the shipment was lost by the carrier. You agree to fully cooperate with our carrier during the investigation.

The risk of damage and/or loss to/of the shipment rests with McGregor until the moment of delivery of the order to the delivery address, unless otherwise agreed. If there are problems with the shipment of an order due to an error in the delivery address made by the buyer, McGregor cannot be held liable for the (partial) loss of the shipment.

1. Digital return portal

McGregor uses the convenient returns portal to make the returns process as easy as possible for you. This allows you to exchange and return your products effortlessly and quickly, without any hassle. Read the simple steps here and your return and possible exchange will be arranged in no time.

2. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

You can use the return form that was included with the shipment.

In that case, you can take the following steps:

  1. Go to nl.mcgregornewyork.com/pages/returns and follow the steps or go directly to mcgregor.returnista.com
  2. Please indicate which item(s) you wish to return. Also fill in the reason for the return.
  3. Pack your item(s) in the box/bag you received it (these) in or in another box/bag and include this returns form with the shipment.
  4. Take the shipment to the nearest drop-off point and keep the receipt.

NOTE: Please keep your proof of postage, which is also your return number, until the amount has been refunded to the account used for payment.

3. Refund Information

If you cancel this contract, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

4. Returning discounted items
For returning items with a fixed discount, the same rules apply as above. If you have ordered an item and it later goes on sale, we unfortunately cannot settle the discount retroactively.

Different rules apply during the stack discount. If you return an item during the stack discount, the discount will be recalculated over the total number of items after returning. Any difference will be refunded to your account. If you would like to order an item in a different size, you can do this via the webshop. The discount will then depend on the number of items ordered again (so the number of items previously ordered will not be taken into account).

5. Returns

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

6. Depreciation

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

7. Cancellation

Since we process your order as soon as it is placed, we cannot prevent the shipment in any other case. Exceptions are only possible if we have not yet sent you the confirmation of shipment; therefore, please contact us if you wish to cancel your order so that we can check whether the order can be cancelled. If the order cannot be cancelled, you can use your right of withdrawal.
